Welcome to the 9th Edition of the Babcock International Model United Nations (BIMUN) Conference!

We are thrilled to invite you to the Babcock International Model United Nations Conference (BIMUN 2025), taking place at Babcock University from Sunday, 3rd August to Thursday, 7th August 2025.

Thank you for your interest in joining our Board of Dais! We are excited to collaborate with passionate, dedicated, and talented individuals like you. Please ensure you carefully read and follow all instructions and requirements outlined below.

General Requirements
To be considered for the BIMUN 2025 Board of Dais, applicants must meet the following criteria:
•⁠ ⁠Fluency in English and/or French
•⁠ ⁠Minimum of 2 experiences as a Delegate at a Model United Nations Conference
•⁠ ⁠Experience in a Chair or Secretariat position is an added advantage
•⁠ ⁠Full understanding of the BIMUN Rules of Procedure
•⁠ ⁠Strong commitment to academic integrity, including adherence to plagiarism rules
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work effectively in a team
•⁠ ⁠Commitment to meeting deadlines and following the BIMUN timeline

Steps to Join the BIMUN 2025 Board of Dais

Step 1: Complete the application form with accurate details. Once we receive your application, a member of our team will contact you to schedule an interview. Please note that our offices are located at Babcock University, so we appreciate your flexibility with scheduling. We will do our best to accommodate your availability.

Step 2: Email your MUN CV and Cover Letter to bimunofficials@gmail.com.

Step 3: If selected, you will be contacted by one of our Conference Organizers and asked to sign the BIMUN Code of Conduct.

Step 4: Starting in early March 2025, you will officially join the BIMUN Board of Dais. Mandatory meetings will be scheduled leading up to the conference days.
